Virtual IFS-Informed Therapy

Real Healing Starts Here

For adults in Montana, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington who’ve done the work and want it to finally stick.

This work is for You if:

  • You've been in therapy before, but something always felt missing, like you were managing symptoms instead of actually healing.

  • You're high-functioning on the outside and exhausted on the inside. You know something needs to change, you're just not sure how to get there.

  • You're ready to go deeper. Not just talk about your problems, but understand the parts of you that created them (and finally give them what they need).

This might not be the right fit if:

  • This might not be the right fit if you're looking for a quick fix, short-term symptom relief, or a therapist who stays at the surface.

That’s okay! You deserve care that matches what you’re looking for. This just might not be it.

Hi, I’m Meredith

I’m a therapist who goes to therapy. If I had a magic pill, I would give it to you (and take it myself).

I specialize in IFS-informed, trauma-sensitive therapist for adults who are tired of spinning their wheels.

My approach is warm, honest, and genuinely collaborative.

I’m not here to hand you a worksheet. I’m here to help you figure out what’s actually going on underneath.

The Wanderwell Way

A different kind of therapy.

Most therapy asks you to show up week after week with no real sense of where you're headed. The Wanderwell Way is different.

My framework is a three-phase approach that gives structure to the work without making it rigid. Think of it less like a checklist and more like a map: helpful for orienting yourself, but always secondary to the terrain you're actually walking through.

  • The early work of therapy is about building safety: in yourself, in our relationship, and in how you move through daily life.

  • This is the heart of the work and, for most people, the longest phase.

Here we move toward the material that brought you to therapy in the first place: old wounds, core beliefs, parts of yourself that have been carrying too much for too long.

  • This phase is about integration: weaving what you've learned and experienced into the fabric of your everyday life.

It often involves taking relational risks you couldn't have taken before, clarifying what you value, and discovering what post-traumatic growth actually feels like from the inside.

The Wanderwell Way — Roadmap
START Shelter PHASE ONE Safety & Stabilization Grounding · Relationship · Tools Trail PHASE TWO Processing Unburdening · Reprocessing · Repair Vista PHASE THREE Integration & Growth Meaning · Self-leadership · Forward and beyond

Healing is not linear.

These phases aren't a rigid sequence.

You will move through them at your own pace, return to earlier work as new material surfaces, or find that the lines between phases are blurrier than this map suggests.

That's expected — and it's okay.

Your Trust Matters

I don’t ask clients to leave public reviews. Your care should never come with a performance attached.

But here’s what a colleague who knows my work has to say.

"Meredith is an incredible therapist whose expert care brings clarity and growth. She offers a safe space to navigate life's ups and downs. She is warm, genuine, and compassionate."
