You don’t have to explain yourself before the work can begin.

Whatever you’re carrying, I’ve sat with it before. Here’s where I do my deepest work.

Every specialty I work with shares a common thread: something happened — or kept happening — and your system found a way to survive it.

The goal of our work together isn't to pathologize that survival. It's to understand it, honor it, and help you build something better.

All of my work is IFS-informed, trauma-sensitive, and grounded in the belief that your symptoms are trying to tell you something worth hearing.

Our Specialties

You didn't have to have an obviously traumatic childhood for it to have shaped you.

Sometimes the deepest wounds come from the meaning we made of ordinary moments.

Childhood Trauma

Religious Deconstruction

Losing your faith can feel like losing your compass entirely.

This is a space to grieve, question, and find your footing again without judgment.

Anxiety is sneaky. It hides in plain sight for years before it starts ruining the moments that matter most. If you've always thought this was just how you are, it doesn't have to be.

LGBTQ+ Identity

Whether you're newly out or have been out for years, existing in a world that wasn't built for you is an ongoing exhaustion. You deserve a space where that's understood without explanation.

A Note on Fit

My approach is IFS-informed and experiential — which means we're not just talking about these issues, we're working with them directly. That's not the right fit for everyone, and that's okay.

If you're curious whether my approach matches what you're looking for, the best place to start is the free consult.
