An investment in work that actually goes somewhere.
Wanderwell memberships are built around consistency, structure, and a therapeutic relationship that deepens over time, not a transaction that resets every week.
The Membership Model Explained
Traditional therapy bills by the session. You pay, you show up, you leave. There's no arc, no between-session support, no real sense of where you're headed. A Wanderwell membership gives the work a direction and the structure to follow it.
A path, not just a session
The tier you're in reflects the level of support your work calls for, not just how often you want to show up. As your work deepens or your needs shift, your membership can shift with it, always guided by a clinical recommendation, not a pricing page.
Support that matches where you are
Most clients begin with the Therapeutic Fit Month, a one-month, structured starting point that culminates in a treatment roadmap and a recommendation for next steps. From there, most move directly into ongoing membership.
A clear place to start
Membership plans are for private-pay clients. I currently accept United/Optum/Surest, BlueCross BlueShield, and Aetna for in-network clients at standard session rates. Not sure which path is right for you? We can figure it out on the free consult.

Specialized Services
$400–$800 | 2–4 hours
For the work that needs more time than 50 minutes allows.
Some moments in therapy call for more space. Deep Integration Sessions are extended focused sessions, 2 to 4 hours, scheduled when your clinician determines the work is ready for it. These aren't optional upgrades. They're clinically indicated at specific points in treatment, recommended when the moment calls for it.
Can be scheduled alongside any membership. Limited availability.
Deep Integration Sessions
$300–$350 / month
Healing in community, guided with intention.
Right for you if you want to practice new patterns in relationship with others, or you're looking for a more accessible entry point into ongoing support.
What's included:
Small confidential group of 6–10 members
Weekly or biweekly facilitated sessions
Skill-building, peer support, and integration
Structured group focus aligned with individual work — group topics are clinically sequenced so the work in group and individual therapy reinforce each other
Can complement individual therapy or stand alone

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes! I currently accept United/Optum/Surest, BlueCross BlueShield, and Aetna. Clients using these plans are billed through insurance at standard session rates and are not eligible for membership plans.
If you're a private-pay client, membership plans are available starting at $600/month. Private-pay members may be eligible to submit superbills to their insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement for the session portion of their membership. Reimbursement varies by plan and is not guaranteed.
I'd recommend checking your out-of-network mental health benefits in advance. I can provide a superbill upon request.
Not sure which path is right for you? We can talk through it on the free consult.

Because consistency is what makes this kind of work possible. The Wanderwell Way is a process. It has phases, momentum, and a direction. That process needs continuity to work. A membership creates the structure, accountability, and between-session support that leads to real change, not just coping.
-
Yes! As a licensed therapist, my services typically qualify for HSA and FSA reimbursement. If you have a high deductible plan with an HSA/FSA, you can use your card to pay for sessions or I can provide a superbill upon request.
If you’re a private-pay client, I'd recommend checking with your plan administrator about how they handle membership-based billing, as policies vary.

I'm licensed to provide telehealth therapy in Montana, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.

Life happens. If your circumstances change, we'll figure out the right path together: whether that's a pause, an adjusted cadence, or a different level of support. That conversation always happens between us, not through a cancellation portal.

The Therapeutic Fit Month is designed exactly for that. It's a one-month starting point with a clear structure. You leave with a real sense of the work, a treatment roadmap, and a recommendation for next steps. It's a commitment, not a trial, but it's the right sized first step.
-
No. This tier is recommended by your clinician when your work calls for it. It's not available at intake because between-session support is most effective when there's already an established therapeutic relationship and a clear direction to the work.
Whether you're using insurance or exploring private-pay membership, the consult is the right first step. We'll figure out together what structure makes the most sense for you.
The consult is free. The pressure isn't.
